Welcome to SuperFridge! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperFridge mobile application, website (https://superfridge.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SuperFridge LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using SuperFridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
SuperFridge is designed to help users manage food inventory, track expiration dates, plan meals, and organize shopping lists. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

SuperFridge does not share or sell your personal data. Any data you provide (such as items added to your fridge or lists) is stored securely and used only to provide the functionality of the Service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of SuperFridge LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
If the Service offers subscription plans or in-app purchases, the terms of those purchases will be clearly displayed before checkout. Payments are processed securely through the App Store or other third-party platforms.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
6. User Content
You may upload or input content (e.g., photos, notes, lists) into the Service. You retain all rights to your content. However, by uploading, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
7. Disclaimers
SuperFridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and useful features, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or availability of the Service.
SuperFridge is not a medical or dietary tool. You should not rely on the app for health, nutrition, or allergy-related decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperFridge LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
