Posters surrounding the Superfridge unit are designed to draw in shoppers from 30-40 feet away, making them the largest advertising space in the supermarket. To ensure maximum impact, here are a few tips:
Keep the design visually simple and clear. Before finalizing your layout, view it at its actual size from a distance to ensure readability. A single dominant element is more effective than a cluttered design.
Your brand’s logo or a strong package shot should be a focal point. While package details are crucial in many ads, the product itself is directly in front of consumers with Superfridge, so the emphasis should be on brand recognition rather than product discovery.
Utilize imagery that triggers the impulse to purchase, especially food that looks delicious and appetizing.
If your product is new, make sure it stands out! Don't just say it's new-- make it impossible to miss.
High contrast enhances readability. Remember, even "white" is a powerful color in your palette.
While your ad should be visually arresting, it also needs to be persuasive. Include clear reasons for the consumer to buy and a strong call to action. Shoppers need direction—be sure to provide it.
Consider adding a tear pad or dangler to further engage shoppers and reinforce your message.
All artwork must meet Superfridge’s specifications before submission. Note that any references to sales, promotional activities, or pricing are not permitted in Superfridge advertising materials.
Final artwork must be sent to the Printing Agency by the specified due dates for your slot. Late submissions will incur additional fees.
Artwork can be mailed or uploaded to a designated FTP address. If mailing, include finished material samples. When uploading files, include a PDF version for reference. A one-day advance notice is required if using the FTP address.
Superfridge will review and approve all final proofs from the Printing Agency. If you wish to approve proofs yourself, ensure the review and approval process is completed within 3 business days. Approval must be communicated to the Superfridge Promotion Coordinator via email.
Minor edits, such as correcting blemishes or adjusting artwork to fit within specifications, can be made by the Printing Agency. For significant changes, new artwork must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving initial proofs. If additional proofs are requested, they must be approved within 2 business days of receipt.
Client proof charges will apply for each delivery.
Choose from a variety of pre-built designs and display posts. Display post cards with or without top content in full page width. You can design them however you want, using any color, spacing, etc.
