Rules
Superfridge Business Card Raffle Rules
1. Eligibility
The raffle is open to attendees of FMI who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Superfridge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. How to Enter
Participants may enter the raffle by submitting a business card into the designated raffle box located at FMI.
Each participant must provide a valid business card that includes their name, company, and contact information.
By entering the raffle, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Superfridge, unless they explicitly opt-out.
3. Duration of the Raffle
The raffle will begin at 9am EST on January 30th, 2025 and end at 2pm EST on January 30th, 2025.
Entries submitted before or after the specified duration will not be eligible.
4. Prizes
The prize will be an Aura Frame, a digital photo frame valued at approximately $189. The prize includes the frame only; any additional services or features may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All aspects of the prize are subject to availability.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The draw will take place on January 30th, 2025 at 2:30pm EST.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 3 days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [number] days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. General Conditions
Superfridge reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Superfridge’s control.
Any changes to the raffle will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Superfridge.
Superfridge is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Florida data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
