With over 30 years in the industry, Karen Sales is a leader in retail media, shopper marketing, and
promotions. She has held multiple sales roles, customer strategy, and shopper marketing leadership roles for Coty, Sara Lee Apparel and Foods, Quotient, and Albertsons Companies. Sales holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA in Business Leadership from University of Puget Sound. She is a P2PI (Path to Purchase Institute) faculty member and has been recognized as a Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer and was inducted into the P2PI’s Shopper Marketing Hall of Fame.
